Cookies We Do NOT Use:

• ❌ Tracking cookies (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.)
• ❌ Advertising cookies
• ❌ Third-party profiling cookies
• ❌ Social media cookies (share buttons, embedded posts)

3. Why We Use Them

The sole purpose is to keep you logged in and maintain your session. Without these, you would need to log in on every page visit. We do not track your browsing behavior across other websites.

4. Managing Cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

• View cookies stored on your device
• Block cookies entirely
• Delete cookies when you close your browser
• Clear cookies for specific sites

However, blocking essential cookies may prevent you from logging into the Service. CookBid will still function for browsing, but saved searches and alerts will require authentication.

5. Consent

Because we only use essential cookies, we do not require an explicit cookie consent banner under GDPR (e-pass "strictly necessary" exemption). We nevertheless believe in transparency and provide this policy so you understand exactly what is and isn't stored.

6. Changes

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies (analytics, etc.), we will update this policy and add a consent banner. You will always have the choice to accept or decline.
